How to send your log files for the Pulse app for troubleshooting?
When needed for troubleshooting, our engineering team may request that users submit their Pulse log files to us so that we can investigate the issue.
To submit your Pulse log files:
1.) Open the Pulse app ‘settings‘
2.) Click Pulse in the top menu dock.
3.) Select the ‘Upload Logs...’ option
4.) Click the ‘Upload‘ button and you will receive a confirmation that the logs were sent.
To submit your Pulse log files on Windows:
1.) Right-click anywhere inside the Pulse app
2.) Select the ‘Upload Logs…‘ option
